Only contracted exhibiting companies may apply for exhibitor badges, and these passes are only meant for their staff who will be manning the stands. The number of complimentary exhibitor passes issued is based on contracted space (3 exhibitor badges per 9sqm). A maximum of 2 exhibitor badges per 9sqm can be purchased at USD50 (before GST) each. You may register for exhibitor badges under 'Stand Staff Badges'.
Exhibitors' staffs who are NOT manning the stand but wish to visit the exhibition will be treated as Trade Visitors. They may register themselves online HERE.
During build-up period, exhibitors may access the hall by obtaining wristbands from the registration counter located outside the hall.
Exhibitor badges can be collected at the following hours at the Registration Counters located outside the hall:
- 16 April 2024, 3.00pm – 7.00pm
- 17 April 2024, 8.00am – 5.30pm
- 18 April 2024, 8.00am – 4.30pm
Stand Contractors
Exhibitors’ nominated stand contractors may apply for complimentary contractor passes (valid for build-up and tear-down period only) with our Official Contractor, Sunyau Expo. Stand Contractors should collect the contractor wristbands from Sunyau Expo in order to access the hall during build-up period.
