The following companies have been appointed as the Official Contractors / Agencies for the TMS APAC 2024. 

Form indicated with an asterisk (*) are mandatory for Shell Scheme and Pavilion Stands stand.
Please note the key deadlines of the respective order forms. Kindly note that surcharges will apply for orders placed after the mentioned deadlines.

The Sands Expo & Convention Center Catering Department is here to help make sure you have a very successful show.  Our knowledgeable and helpful staff will assist you in planning all your food and beverage functions.  From Show Management Offices, to Exhibit Booth deliveries, and cocktail receptions and special events, with your input we can develop custom menus to accommodate any specific theme.

Our Catering Department is the exclusive caterer for all patrons of the Sands Expo & Convention Center and we retain the exclusive rights for all food and beverage services therein.

It is not permissible to bring any food or beverage into the facility.  This includes items for personal consumption.  Any exception must be approved in writing.  Failure to comply with this policy will result in a corkage fee in addition to any other damages to which the SECC may be entitled.

The SECC Catering Department must be notified on the confirmed catering orders no later than 12 Noon two (2) business days (48 hours) prior to the first day of the scheduled function. Late orders will not be given a guaranteed delivery time.

The SECC Catering Department requires full payment on all food and beverage orders by 5PM UTC 21 days prior to the date of the function.  For all orders prepaid by wire transfer, client will pay for all transaction charges for remittances imposed by the agent bank and the receiving bank.

Providing your stand is left accessible, there will be an overnight clean on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. If you wish to organise additional cleaning for your stand, please refer to the order form in the link above.

To rig a banner or truss above your stand contact the Sands Event Services team via the Rigging Order Form. All rigging needs to be ordered no later than Monday, 8 April 2024, no orders will be accepted after this date. 

When considering rigging on your stand please bear in mind the below, any questions about this please contact the Organiser

  • Position and permission to rig banners, trusses or inflatables will be given at the Organiser’s discretion and will be subject to submission of detailed plans with measurements.
  • Banners may not exceed 50% of the width or depth of the stand, they should not exceed 6m in height and in the case of stands that are not an island site they must be centred to the stand depth.
  • Where two or more exhibitors sharing a block intend to rig, each party will be informed. Plans will not be shared but the Organiser will facilitate a joint conversation to ensure both parties’ requirements are met, and to avoid any conflict of interest.
  • If you have more complex requirements, then please get in contact with the SECC team If you need lighting or power for your rig, you will need to contact the appointed electrical contractor for the event.

  • All fork lift services must be contracted via our official partner, Schenker. Please contact Schenker directly to book a service.  
  • To ensure your deliveries arrive at the show safely, please contact Schenker, who can accept your packages before the show at their offices or at the show on your behalf. Neither the Organiser nor the Venue will take responsibility for goods delivered to an unmanned stand or accept on your behalf.

It is strongly advisable that all participants check with their local Singapore Consulate, Embassies or High Commission, for up-to-date clarification and requirement prior to arriving in Singapore. Please refer to the Singapore Immigration & Checkpoint Authority website for more detailed information on visa application requirement. Requirement may be reviewed from time to time.
