As an exhibitor at The Meetings Show, you have access to a partner rate of £110 + VAT for your industry partners.
This year The Meetings Show is a buyer-only event. Non-buyers will need to purchase a visitor pass. However, we understand that there is value for your industry partners attending the event.
There are two ways to share your code with your partners.

2) Share this code with your partners to enter into the registration form.
Please note:

Your partner code can only be used a maximum of 5 times

Once your code has been maxed out you will not be provided with another one

Do not share your code on social media. The code should be used on a personal, 1-2-1 basis
- Visitor passes cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative

Visitor passes are non-refundable

The partner rate cannot be used onsite

If someone has already paid for a full-price pass they cannot cancel their pass to register again with the discount

Your partner rate should not be used for other sales or commercial contacts to attend
