Busan Tourism Organization (BTO) is a public institution operating under the Busan Metropolitan Government, committed to delivering a comprehensive range of tourism services that allow both domestic and international visitors to fully experience and appreciate the unique charm of Busan. As a dedicated division within BTO, the Busan Convention Bureau is tasked with positioning Busan as a premier global MICE destination. The Bureau implements a range of strategic marketing initiatives, including city branding, bidding and hosting support, global network development and assistance to the local MICE industry. To attract international conferences and incentive groups, the Bureau operates a structured support program which includes site inspection assistance, event hosting support and participation in overseas exhibitions and roadshows.
