Kyoto Convention & Visitors Bureau (KCVB) is a non-profit public organization funded by the Kyoto Prefectural Government, the City of Kyoto, the Kyoto Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and supported by approximately 400 supporting member organizations.
KCVB serves as the only one-stop service organization in Kyoto for meeting planners considering Kyoto as a host destination, as well as for corporations and buyers planning corporate meetings, conferences, and incentive tours.
Leveraging the strengths outlined below, we work closely with all stakeholders involved in Kyoto’s MICE industry. As a central hub organization, we provide comprehensive support to ensure the successful bidding, planning, and smooth execution of meetings and events in Kyoto.
