Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC) is a destination-led business events venue in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia, designed to deliver measurable outcomes and regional market access. Strategically located at the heart of the BIMP-EAGA corridor, SICC provides a gateway to emerging East ASEAN markets across Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, and the Philippines.
In 2025, SICC hosted a total of 3,726 events, comprising 2,737 local events delivered by 643 companies and 989 international events organised by 313 companies, reflecting strong demand across both domestic and international segments. The Centre is recognised with the ASEAN MICE Venue Award 2026 and has established a proven track record in hosting conferences, exhibitions, and high-level meetings.
Supported by strong government alignment, industry partnerships, and integrated destination marketing, SICC plays a strategic role in advancing Sabah’s positioning as a competitive business events destination in the Asia Pacific region.
