Paula holds a bachelor’s degree in training and development, a master’s degree in leadership and a PhD in Organisational Leadership. But it’s her 30+ years industry experience that provides the greatest value to her clients. 

In her private time she is seen trekking European mountains or hanging out on her Perth Hills property with her family and friends, a bunch of alpacas and her beloved border collies Banjo and Winnie.
