James Lancaster is the Editorial Director of Northstar Meetings Group – UK, and the editor of AMI Magazine, the leading publication for association executives and congress organisers. An ambassador for The Iceberg - a Joint Meetings Industry Council project to document and quantify the legacies of business and professional events – James is a seasoned moderator and panellist on issues relating to the meetings industry and the international association sector. He is on the advisory board for the Centre for Events and Festivals and recently served on the communications committee of Net Zero Carbon Events, the industry’s joint effort to eliminate its emission by 2050.
