Kaori is a Travel and Meetings industry professional with an expertise in strategy in EMEA and APAC regions. Kaori started her career in airline before joining American Express in London. In 2015, Kaori accepted a role at BCD Meetings & Events to lead its regional sales strategy for Europe building new client base. Kaori was then asked to relocate to Singapore to lead AmexGBT’s Asia Pacific Business Development team. In 2023, Kaori has accepted a new role of Head of Business Development APAC & EMEA, taking over sales teams in both regions. Kaori enjoys leading diverse sales professionals while providing strategic insights and advice to clients creating meetings programmes. In her spare time, Kaori is a passionate environmental protectionist and anti-poverty campaigner volunteering through local Singapore based charities.
