Will Kataria serves as the Country Head for the Asia Pacific region at Cvent Singapore, where he oversees daily operations across APAC. He established Cvent’s Singapore office in 2016, and his team provides expert consultation to event organizers, hoteliers and marketers throughout Asia, assisting them in leveraging technology to enhance the marketing and management of in-person, virtual/hybrid events, sourcing solutions for hotels and optimize the effectiveness of their Total Event Program.

With a profound passion for the events industry, Will brings over 19 years of event technology industry experience. He has engaged with leading global organizations and Fortune 100 companies, advising on event program strategies and frequently sharing his insights as a speaker at international conferences. Will has been instrumental in expanding Cvent’s global presence by identifying new markets in the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. He collaborates closely with Cvent’s global sales team and organizational leadership to shape strategies concerning product development, client services, marketing initiatives, operational efficiencies, and acquisitions.
