With over 16 years of experience spanning experiential, virtual, and hybrid formats, she has delivered more than 700 events across Asia-Pacific, CEE, and CIS, consistently driving strong attendee engagement and measurable contribution to sales pipeline.
Having progressed from hands-on event operations to integrating marketing strategy with event execution, and ultimately to regional leadership across two S&P Global divisions, Sharmaine brings both practical delivery expertise and commercial acumen to complex, multi-market programmes. She is passionate about building high-performing teams, fostering trust-based stakeholder partnerships, and elevating the role of events from tactical execution to a strategic growth driver.
