Your e-zone will provide you with all the tools, tips and knowledge you need to successfully exhibit at this year's show. It is also where you create your exhibitor listing for our website and event app. To start with, please read through and complete your Website Profile Checklist on the left hand side.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- ALL STAND STAFF - PLEASE READ: Remember that ALL stand staff, including the primary contact within your e-zone, must be registered via the e-zone to receive their exhibitor badges and access to the event app, Swapcard. Your staff Swapcard profiles are generated from completing this registration for your staff badges.
- MAIN STAND HOLDERS - PLEASE READ: Please note that all stand sharers are now able to register their staff that will be working on their stand during the show. You need to register your own stand staff - head to the STAND STAFF BADGES page in your e-zone to do this. As the main stand holder you need to ensure your stand sharers have completed this. Your staff swapcard profiles are generated from completing this registration for staff badges.
- STAND SHARERS ONLY - PLEASE READ: Please note that you are now able to register your own staff that will be working on the stand during the show. Head to the REGISTER YOUR STAND STAFF page in your e-zone to do this. Your staff swapcard profiles are generated from completing this registration for staff badges.

The Visit Connect Scanning App is the best and easiest way to collect leads at the show, by using any smartphone or tablet. The cost of the unlimited scanning app licence is £300 + VAT and it allows all members of your stand staff to have it on their mobile devices and for all the data to be collected centrally.
