Your e-zone will provide you with all the tools, tips and knowledge you need to successfully exhibit at The Meetings Show Asia Pacific 2024. Please read through the important pointers below.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ

1. WEBSITE PROFILE CHECKLIST
Complete your company information under this section to ensure that your company is listed on our website and the event app, Bravura.

2. STAND DETAILS
Please check and confirm your stand details in this section.

3. ADD YOUR STAND SHARERS (deadline: Monday, 1 April 2024)
As the main stand holder, you need to register all your stand sharers (co-exhibitors), if any under this section.

4. EXHIBITOR BADGES (deadline: Friday, 12 April 2024)
All stand staff, including the primary contact for your e-zone, must be registered under this section in order to receive their exhibitor badges and access to the event app, Bravura. Your staff Bravura profiles are generated from completing this registration for exhibitor badges. 

5. OPERATIONS MANUAL
Please ensure that you go through the Operations Manual and submit all required documents or order forms by the stated deadline so as to avoid surcharges for late orders.

VISIT CONNECT SCANNING APP

The Visit Connect Scanning App is the best and easiest way to collect leads at the show, by using any smartphone or tablet. The cost of the unlimited scanning app licence is £300 + VAT and it allows all members of your stand staff to have it on their mobile devices and for all the data to be collected centrally. KEY DATES / DEADLINES

• 20 December - Hosted Buyer registration goes live

• 20 December - Visitor registration goes live

• 1 March - Stand details deadline

• 11 March - Stand Plan submission deadline, applicable for space only exhibitor

• 11 March - Shell Scheme Fascia Lettering deadline, applicable to Shell Scheme & Pavilion Stands only

• 13 March - Hosted buyers get access to Bravura

• 13 March - Exhibitors get access to Bravura

• 27 March - Booth Catering deadline (advance rate)

• 1 April - Add Stand Sharer deadline

• 3 April - Booth Catering deadline (standard rate)

• 12 April - Exhibitor Badge details deadline
