- Being hosted means we meet some of the costs of your attendance so you can concentrate on meeting the right suppliers for your organisation.
- This includes a flight reimbursement, 4-star hotel accommodation, transfers and your meals whilst at the show and at networking events.
- You’ll also receive priority access to the exhibitors and be able to secure meetings with them during a busy show via 1-2-1 appointments booked through our advanced meetings platform.
- Space to recharge with the hosted buyer lounge serving refreshments all day.
- Time to join our education programme throughout both days.
- You will be required to attend both days of the show
- You will need to attend a minimum of 20 appointments with exhibitors

Qualification criteria for hosted buyers
The hosted buyer programme is open to planners who regularly arrange large meetings or events for their business, or for clients.
If you are affiliated with one of the following types of organisation, you can apply for the programme:
- Association: you must initiate and run your own stand-alone meeting internationally and have done so on a consistent basis throughout the past years (even if on a rotation basis).
- Corporation: In-house planner from a corporation which initiates and runs their own stand-alone meetings, conventions, and/or incentive travel award programme internationally, and have done so for at least 2 of the past 3 years.
- Incentive Travel House: contracted by its clients to search and book venues/destinations and/or run corporate incentive travel programs internationally, and have done so for at least 2 of the past 3 years.
- Site-Selection Company / Full Service Meeting Planning Company / Independent Planners: which have been contracted by its clients to search and book venues/destinations and/or run corporate meetings and/or corporate incentive travel programs internationally, and have done so for at least 2 of the past 3 years.
- Government / Religious / Fraternal / Society / Education must initiate and run their own stand-alone meetings and/or incentive travel award programs internationally, and have done so for at least 2 of the past 3 years.
