How? By applying for our hosted buyer programme.

Who? If you are a decision-maker responsible for organising meetings and events, applying to be a hosted buyer will ensure you maximise your time at the show.
All applications will be reviewed according to: the size and frequency of your events, your level of purchasing/decision making authority, and the geographic locations of your events. Successful buyers travelling to Singapore may be offered complimentary travel and accommodation for the duration of their stay.

Why? You'll receive a dedicated diary that you can use to arrange meetings with exhibitors from all over the world, putting the power in your hands and allowing you to decide who you want to meet with. Plus, a number of other complimentary benefits including: travel and accommodation, transfers, fam trips and access to exclusive networking events, where applicable. 

TRAVEL

Buyers based outside of Singapore are eligible for travel assistance to and from The Meetings Show Asia Pacific in the form of reimbursement for their flight tickets. Airport transfers will also be provided.

ACCOMMODATION

Buyers based outside of Singapore will be allocated a room in one of our partner hotels.
