Registration is officially open and we'd love you to join us.

The Meetings Show Asia Pacific offers complimentary entry for meetings and events buyers . Each registration is subject to approval.

Please note: All registrations are vetted and may take up to 2 weeks to be reviewed. If you register as a buyer onsite, it may take up to 1 hour for your registration to be vetted, so we recommend registering in advance. 

Suppliers must purchase a trade visitor pass if they wish to attend. The Northstar Travel Group reserves the final right to accept or deny any registration.

TRADE BUYER

Open to all meetings, incentives and event organisers. As a buyer attendee, you will be able to:

  • Access all onsite and online content

  • Access all the exhibitors

  • Attend networking events

  • Access the event app

Please note: The organiser reserves the right to make the final decision on who it determines as a buyer or a non-buyer.

HOSTED BUYER

Open to decision-makers responsible for organising meetings and events.

All applications will be reviewed according to: the size and frequency of your events, your level of purchasing/decision making authority, and the geographic locations of your events.

You'll be able to enjoy all the benefits of a buyer attendee, plus a dedicated diary that you can use to arrange meetings with exhibitors from all over the world, travel, accommodation, transfers and get access to exclusive networking events.

TRADE VISITOR

If you do not directly organise meetings or events, you will need to purchase a pass to attend the show.

Rates:

  • US$100 + GST until 16 April 2024

  • US$250 + GST onsite at The Meetings Show APAC (17 - 18 April 2024)

A visitor pass will give you access to:

  • Onsite education (unless otherwise specified)

  • The show floor & exhibitor stands

  • Networking events (unless otherwise specified)

  • The event app with access to show features but without chat functionality

If you're a supplier and are planning to bring two or more colleagues to the show, then booking a stand could prove to be a more economical alternative to purchasing passes.
